Em making Peppa - 3 cups of tea? |
Well today my friend Em came round and we had a sugar crafting session. She wanted me to make her daughter's birthday cake but unfortunately I will be in Canada so won't be able to make it. She makes beautiful tasting cakes and I have sat with her crafting playdoh, so I knew she would be able to make her own masterpiece.
I invited her round and we sat crafting bits of Peppa Pig for the top of her cake. I hope she lets me have a picture of the cake when it is finished so I can show you it finished.
Another friend came round to watch us, gossip and drink tea with us (always need someone there to while away the hours - that's why there are three cups of tea in the picture).

Em is very tidy and a perfectionist |
I just get on with it and make lots of mess |
That's my workdesk today - see what others you can find here
How lovely....I do hope we get to see the finished cake too.

ReplyDeleteHa! You are the only person to have made the link between the song titles!! I couldn't think of a suitable one this week, so had to settle for my favourite line by Donkey in the first Shrek movie instead!!
ReplyDeleteGreat Peppa Pig decorations, but I suspect the tea/chat is the main appeal :)
Hugs, LLJ xx
My grandaughter adores Peppa Pig, so I think I will have to look at doing something for her. However, I am not good at modelling, so I might pass that bit to my daughter. I love what you have done with that lot.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the Pippa Pigs. I used to do sugarcraft but mainly the flowers - not much good at the modelling. Hope we do get to see it - have a good holiday.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing - Hugs, Neet x #11
Lovely little piggies, hopefully she'll give you a photo of the finished cake.
